Returns & Refunds 

We put love and care into every ANGEL SQUISHY we create, and we want every customer to have a wonderful experience. If you're not completely happy with your purchase or encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to make things right.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. If the order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

To start a return, please contact us at support@angelsquishy.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • Returned in their original packaging, where possible.

Change of Mind Returns

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want it, you're welcome to return it within the return period.

In these cases:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, shape, and appearance may occur. These unique characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Please include photos of the item and packaging to help us process your request quickly.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
